Terms of Cancellation & Refund Policy
(a) Cancellation & Refund Charges: Our cancellation policy purely works on settlement schedule. Irrespective of payment priority, we charge 2.5% flat cancellation & refund charges, when you use our services as registered user. (b) Cancellation & Refund Terms: Cancellation is only possible if payment settlement from our payment gateway / bank has not taken place. Once the settlement has been initiated by our Bankers / Online Payment system, we will not be able to cancel the transaction request.
Terms of Refund Policy
Rules for refund and claims Claims will be settled and refund will be automated within 3 working days of the transaction cancellation. Maximum 3 working days is the time frame for the user initiated refund claims. In case of system failure or any technical error, automated refund will be initiated by system itself and amount will be credited within 3 & to 7 working day (As per bank). This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to purchasing any products and services from EzyPay through our website accessed via www.EzyPay.org. As a customer, it’s important for you to make sure you read and understand all conditions before making any purchase with us, to avoid any possible misunderstanding in the future.
User cannot use the service to harm/abuse anyone or any firm. User cannot use any bad words in the text that harms a person directly or indirectly. The User understands and makes a transaction only after accepting all of our terms and conditions mentioned below.
We can Dispute Transaction if we found it illegal or done by unknown person if your transaction has got pending so you have to wait it for T+15 working days for get final status of transaction.
DISPUTE AND REFUND -
It means if customer not received amount within 3 working Days and want refund then make DISPUTE AND REFUND complain. It will maximize your chance to get it refund but it will not be 100% surety that you will get refund.
Once you create account with EzyPay.org, you must need to do KYC with us otherwise you will not able to use any service.
We have rights to forfeit the all/partial credits and terminate your a/c at any time if we found you using it for illegal campaigns or in breach of DND agreement or any terms and conditions listed in this page.
Cash charges has already defined in EzyPay.org so kindly look in to the same before make any request.
Legal Action on Illegal Usage
We track your IP & geo location of your logins every single time and are saved in our database for security. Any illegal use, if found, we might first terminate your a/c and might take Legal action on you if the case is in severe breach of ours & Gov.’s terms and conditions.
We have Approved Transaction only by Credit Card or Debit Card. Remember we only accept payment directly from bank not from any 3rd party website or any company.
No Refund Policy
We do not have any refund policy, funds transferred to us will never be refunded. So kindly test our services well before making any future transactions. Or we will auto refund or dispute the transaction if we found it illegal or transaction not done by card holder person without any prior notification.
Account Termination / Changes on Charges
We reserves the rights to modify/change any plan cost anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to increase/decrease charges on any transaction anytime without prior notification to their customers. We also reserves the rights to terminate/suspend any of Our Terms & Conditions may change often, so kindly check out the page once in a while before making any commitment.
